Using the Site

By using galloria.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, copy proprietary content, or use any automated means to extract data.

Product Listings & Pricing

We take great care to present every product accurately — from fabric and craftsmanship notes to colour, size, and price. Owing to natural variations in handloom textiles, embroidery, and screen calibration, slight differences in appearance may occur and are part of the artisanal character of each piece.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Galloria reserves the right to revise prices, withdraw products from sale, or correct typographical errors at any time without prior notice.

Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it through an email or SMS confirmation. Galloria reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to circumstances such as suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing errors, or breach of these terms. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order will be refunded to your original method of payment.

Payments

We accept all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (subject to serviceability and a convenience fee). Online payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment partners; Galloria does not store any card or banking information.

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Intellectual Property

All photography, text, design, illustrations, and the Galloria name and logo are the intellectual property of Galloria or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Customer Conduct

We are committed to a respectful experience for our customers, partners, and team. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, refuse service, or take appropriate action against any user found to be misusing the platform, submitting fraudulent claims, or engaging in abusive behaviour with our care team or delivery partners.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galloria’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
