Every Galloria piece is curated, inspected, and packed with care. In the rare event that something isn’t right, we’ve made the return process straightforward — while keeping clear standards to protect the integrity of our collections.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Any claim raised after this window cannot be processed, so we encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In their original packaging, with all tags, dust bags, and brand seals intact.
- Free from any signs of styling, stains, perfume, makeup, or alterations.
Items returned in any condition other than as received will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Mandatory Photo & Video Proof
For claims involving damage, defects, or a wrong item received, clear photographs and a short unboxing video are mandatory. This helps us verify the issue and resolve your claim quickly. Claims submitted without supporting media cannot be approved.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are considered final-sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Bridal wear — lehengas, bridal sarees, bridal sets, and ceremonial ensembles.
- Premium handcrafted & heavy-work pieces above ₹5,000, including zardosi, gota, mirror-work, and embroidered statement garments.
- Hygiene-sensitive jewellery such as earrings, nose pins, body jewellery, and certain piercing-related items.
- Customised, made-to-measure, or made-to-order pieces.
- Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events.
- Gift cards and promotional vouchers.
How to Raise a Return Request
Visit Account → Return or Exchange, enter the phone number used at checkout to load your orders, select the relevant order, choose Return or Exchange, share a brief reason, and upload the required photos or video. Submit the request — our team will respond within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
Inspection & Approval
Once your return reaches our facility, our quality team will inspect the item against your claim and the eligibility checklist above. Returns are approved only after this inspection. Galloria reserves the right to decline a return if the item does not meet our policy or if the claim appears inconsistent with the supporting media.
Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued either by bank transfer to a verified account or as Galloria store credit, as per your preference. Banks may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
Exchanges
Exchanges are offered for size or colour, subject to availability. The replacement is dispatched only after we receive and approve the original item. Any difference in price will be adjusted, and our team will inform you before processing.
Suspected Misuse
Galloria reserves the right to refuse return or refund requests that are determined to be fraudulent, repetitive, or inconsistent with our policy. Customers found misusing the return process may be restricted from placing future orders.
