Every Galloria order is wrapped with the same care it deserves and dispatched across India through our trusted logistics partners. Here’s exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.
Order Processing
Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time will be processed on the next working day. Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and only then handed over to our courier partner — typically within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery across India is 5–7 business days from the date of order confirmation. For remote pin codes, delivery may take an additional 2–3 working days. Delivery timelines may extend during festive periods, sale events, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistics delays — we appreciate your understanding during such times.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. If your area is not serviceable at the time of checkout, please write to us — we are continually expanding our courier network and would love to be in touch when we reach you.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping is available on prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this threshold, a nominal shipping fee may apply and will be clearly displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available at a convenience fee of ₹99 per order, where serviceable.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS and email. You can also track your order anytime by visiting Account → Track Order and entering your Order ID along with the phone number used at checkout.
Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate and that a recipient is available to receive the parcel. Our courier partners typically make 2 to 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, repeated unavailability, or refusal at the time of delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.
Receiving Your Order
We strongly recommend recording a short unboxing video while opening your parcel. In the rare event of a missing, damaged, or incorrect item, this video helps us resolve your claim quickly under our Return & Refund Policy.
International Shipping
Galloria currently delivers within India. We are working on bringing our curated collections to select international destinations soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
